In the third quarter of 2024, the top turn-based tactics games in Oceania exhibited varied performance trends across downloads, revenue, and active users, according to data provided by Sensor Tower.
Bowmasters - Multiplayer Game from Playgendary Limited showed a consistent increase in weekly revenue, starting at $1.6K and reaching $1.9K by the end of September. Downloads initially dipped mid-quarter but rebounded, peaking at approximately 7.8K. The game maintained a strong user base, with active users rising from 64.2K to 64.3K by the quarter's close.
Sword of Convallaria, published by XD Entertainment Pte Ltd, saw a notable decline in revenue, starting from $30.6K at the end of July and decreasing to $6.3K by September's end. Downloads followed a similar downward trend, starting at 12.6K and dropping to 451. Active users also decreased from 4.2K to 2.1K during the quarter.
Warhammer 40,000: Tacticus ™ by Snowprint Studios AB experienced a robust revenue performance, peaking at $58.5K in the final week of September. Weekly downloads grew steadily, starting from 1.2K and reaching 3.5K. Active users increased consistently from 7.4K to 11.4K, indicating strong engagement.
Tank Stars from AI Games FZ had modest but stable revenue, fluctuating around $500 to $600. Downloads were relatively consistent, ranging from 764 to 1.4K, with active users showing a slight decline from 7.9K to 6.3K over the quarter.
Archery Bastions: Castle War, also by AI Games FZ, saw a gradual increase in revenue, reaching $444 in late September. Downloads increased towards the end of the quarter, peaking at 1.2K. Active users remained stable, growing from 7.8K to 9.4K, reflecting consistent player interest.
