Top 5 Utilities Apps Performance in Turkey Q3 2024

In the third quarter of 2024, the leading utilities applications in Turkey showcased varied performance in terms of downloads, revenue, and active users. According to Sensor Tower data, these apps have demonstrated unique trends across the unified platform.

Google saw fluctuations in downloads, peaking at 127K in mid-July and experiencing a notable dip to 58K in early August. Weekly active users remained relatively stable, hovering around the 24M mark, with a slight increase towards the end of the quarter, reaching approximately 24.4M.

Turkcell experienced robust download numbers, with a significant peak of 200K in mid-August. Despite this, weekly active users showed a declining trend, starting at 15.4M in early July and decreasing to 14.5M by the end of September.

Türk Telekom maintained a consistent download range throughout the quarter, with numbers fluctuating between 137K and 165K. Weekly active users saw a slight downward trend, beginning at 8.9M and closing the quarter at around 8.5M.

Getcontact reported a steady increase in revenue, reaching approximately $82K by the end of September. The app's downloads started strong at 154K in early July but tapered off to 120K by the end of the quarter. Weekly active users showed a decline from 1.3M to approximately 1.1M.

Google Chrome maintained a stable download rate, with numbers fluctuating between 32K and 40K. Active users exhibited a gradual increase, peaking at 43.3M in the last week of September.
