Threads by Instagram, Inc. exhibited fluctuations in weekly downloads, starting at approximately 12.3K and dipping to a low of 7.7K before recovering to around 8.2K by the end of December. The app maintained a strong presence with weekly active users climbing from 281K to over 303K throughout the quarter.
Rakuten Viber Messenger from Viber Media SARL, experienced steady weekly revenue, peaking at about $3.3K. Downloads saw a decline early in the quarter but rebounded to 6.4K by the end of December. Active users consistently hovered around the 980K mark, indicating strong engagement.
WhatsApp Messenger, a product of WhatsApp Inc., saw a downward trend in downloads, starting at 6.1K and closing the quarter at 4.8K. However, its active user base showed resilience, increasing from 497K to 461K.
Facebook by Meta Platforms, Inc. maintained a steady revenue stream, with a peak of $2.4K in early October. Downloads fluctuated slightly, ending the quarter on a high note with 4.7K. The app's active users remained robust, averaging around 670K.
Telegram Messenger, developed by Telegram FZ-LLC, achieved consistent weekly revenue, peaking at $3.3K. Downloads varied, starting the quarter at 4K and ending at 3.8K. Active users showed a positive trend, growing from 149K to 157K by the end of the quarter.
