State of AI Apps Report 2025 is Live!
In the first quarter of 2025, the auto app market in the Czech Republic showed varied performance among the top players on the Android platform. According to Sensor Tower data, these apps demonstrated distinct trends in downloads and active user engagement.
eTechničák, developed by Ministerstvo dopravy, saw a notable surge in weekly downloads, especially towards the end of March, where the numbers jumped to approximately 7.6K. This was a significant increase from the earlier weeks of the quarter, which hovered around 2K to 3K.
The ORLEN aplikace maintained a steady download rate throughout the quarter, peaking at around 4K in mid-January. Active users consistently increased, reaching approximately 87.5K by the end of March.
Shell experienced a decline in weekly downloads, starting from 3K in January and dropping to under 1K by the end of March. However, the app's active user base showed resilience, with numbers fluctuating but stabilizing around 25K towards the quarter's end.
The Driving school tests (CZ) app by NEPLUS, s.r.o. recorded modest weekly revenue, averaging around $250. Downloads remained steady, with a slight increase to 804 in March. Active users peaked at 3.9K in early January but saw a slight decline as the quarter progressed.
Finally, Moje Auto showed an interesting pattern with downloads more than doubling from 720 in early March to 1.4K by month’s end. This app did not record revenue data, but the spike in downloads suggests growing interest.
