In the first quarter of 2025, the top 5 MMORPG applications on the Android platform in Germany showed varied performance across downloads, revenue, and active users. This data, sourced from Sensor Tower, provides a detailed look into the trends of each application.
Diablo Immortal from Blizzard Entertainment experienced a notable increase in weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $53K by the end of January. Downloads saw a decline over the quarter, starting at 1.8K and dropping to just under 1K. Active users rose to 12.8K in early February before decreasing to 5.3K by the end of March.
Flame of Valhalla Global by Leniu Technology showed steady revenue, with a peak of $18.4K in late February. Weekly downloads started at 1.4K, with a slight dip to 855 in early March, ending at 1.2K. Active user numbers remained stable, fluctuating between 6.5K and 7K throughout the quarter.
Go Go Muffin from X.D. Global saw declining revenue, from $19.1K at the start of January to $6.5K by the end of March. Downloads decreased significantly from 1.7K to 445 over the quarter. The active user base started at 2.5K, peaking at 3.3K in late January, but dropped to 1.2K by quarter's end.
The Legend of Neverland by SKYWORK AI Pte. Ltd. saw fluctuating revenue, peaking at $11.4K in mid-March. Downloads began at 2.6K, dropping steadily to 344. Active users followed a similar trend, starting at 4.4K and decreasing to 827.
Finally, Dragon Trail 2: Fantasy World from TTHmobi had a revenue peak of $10.7K at the end of March. Downloads were relatively low, starting at 746 and ending at 413. Active users saw an increase in early February to 2.5K but fell back to 1.2K by the end of the quarter.
