In the first quarter of 2025, the bubble shooter genre on iOS in the Netherlands saw varied performances across the top five games. Here's a closer look at each game's trends in downloads, revenue, and active users, based on data from Sensor Tower.
Bubble Pop! Puzzle Game Legend by BitMango, Inc. experienced fluctuations in its weekly downloads, peaking at around 3K in late December and then seeing a decline to just over 1K by the end of March. The weekly revenue remained relatively stable, hovering around $200, before dropping to approximately $90 in mid-March. Active users started at about 15.6K and showed a slight decrease over the quarter.
Fruit Merge: Match Game from Bravestars Technology JSC maintained a relatively steady number of active users, starting at about 27.5K and ending near 24.2K. Weekly downloads began at 3K and gradually decreased to just over 1K. Revenue peaked at $359 in late January but saw a decline to $126 by late March.
Bubble Shooter: Pop & Blast by Ilyon Dynamics Ltd. experienced a consistent decline in downloads, from 908 in late December to 313 by the end of March. Revenue showed some volatility, peaking at $1.3K initially and ending at $993. Active users also saw a drop from approximately 7.5K to just over 5.2K.
Marble Master from Teewee Games had a notable increase in downloads towards the end of the quarter, reaching 791 in late March. Revenue was relatively stable, averaging around $300, with a peak of $413 in the final week. Active users peaked at 9.8K in mid-March, showcasing a positive trend.
Pearl Gem! by A Small Game AB had minimal revenue throughout the quarter, with a slight uptick to $36 in late March. Downloads fluctuated, peaking at 500 in mid-January and ending at 111. Unfortunately, active user data was unavailable for this game.
