During the first quarter of 2025, Europe's top puzzle games on the iOS platform demonstrated diverse performance metrics, as reported by Sensor Tower. Here's a closer look at how these games fared in terms of weekly downloads, revenue, and active users.
June’s Journey: Hidden Objects from wooga showed a consistent revenue increase, peaking at approximately $433K in late February. Weekly downloads experienced a decline, starting from 14.3K at the beginning of the quarter to 8.4K by the end. Active users slightly decreased from 226K to 210K over the same period.
Color Block Jam, published by Rollic Games, saw impressive growth. Revenue rose steadily, reaching $468K by the end of March. Downloads peaked at 482K in early March, while active users surged from 4.9K to an impressive 1.07M throughout the quarter.
Manor Matters from Playrix maintained a stable revenue trend, fluctuating around $100K weekly. Downloads, however, declined from 7.2K to 2.5K, and active users decreased slightly from 105K to 90K.
Angry Birds 2 by Rovio Entertainment showed variable revenue, with a peak of $111K in mid-January. Downloads remained consistent, ranging from 26.9K to 43.9K. Active users saw a small decline from 771K to 655K.
NYT Games: Word, Number, Logic displayed steady revenue, hitting $96K in late February. Downloads were relatively stable, averaging around 22K, while active users maintained a consistent range between 150K to 160K.
