State of AI Apps Report 2025 is Live!
In the first quarter of 2025, the food delivery app market in France saw various trends across the top apps on a unified platform. Here’s how the leading applications performed according to Sensor Tower data.
Too Good To Go: End Food Waste experienced significant weekly downloads, starting at 44.4K in early January and peaking at 76.5K by January 20. Active users showed a steady increase from 2.2M to approximately 2.8M by the end of March.
Uber Eats: Food & Groceries maintained a strong presence with weekly downloads initially at 61.7K, gradually declining to 48.6K by the end of the quarter. Active users consistently hovered around 4M, with minor fluctuations throughout the period.
Jow - easy recipes & groceries saw a consistent weekly revenue increase, peaking at $6.9K in late February. Downloads began at 48.6K, experiencing a dip mid-quarter but recovering to 37.6K. Active users saw growth, reaching over 1M by mid-March.
Deliveroo: Food & Shopping had a stable download rate, starting at 29.1K and decreasing to 24.6K by the end of March. Active users remained relatively stable, with a slight increase to 1.3M by the quarter's end.
HelloFresh: Meal Kit Delivery showed a steady increase in downloads from 14.2K to 19.4K by early February, then a decline to 11K in late March. Active users grew from 274K to over 320K by early March before slightly decreasing.
