Top Navigation and Maps Apps on Android in Greece, Q2 2025

In the second quarter of 2025, the performance of the top navigation and maps applications on the Android platform in Greece showcased varied trends across downloads, active users, and revenue, as reported by Sensor Tower.

Waze Navigation & Live Traffic saw a notable increase in weekly downloads, peaking at 12.7K in early May. The app's weekly active users grew significantly from 10.9K at the start of the quarter to 43.7K by the end.

Google Earth maintained a steady download rate, with a peak of 4K in the second week of June. However, weekly active users experienced a decline from 59.7K to 48.7K over the quarter.

Offline Maps - Route Planner showed a steady increase in weekly revenue, reaching approximately $66 in mid-June. Downloads peaked at 3.2K in early June, while active users grew from 2.5K to 5.7K.

Satellite View - Maps - Radar experienced a spike in downloads, reaching 9.9K in mid-May. Its weekly revenue also increased, peaking at $66 in early June. Active users rose from 686 to a peak of 10.7K in mid-May before stabilizing.

Google Maps Go had consistent downloads throughout the quarter, peaking at 1.4K at the end of June. Weekly active users remained stable, fluctuating slightly around 29K.
