The second quarter of 2025 saw intriguing trends in the performance of top Waifu games on the Android platform in the United States. According to data from Sensor Tower, these games demonstrated varied patterns in downloads, revenue, and active users.
Run! Goddess from TG Inc. experienced fluctuating weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $168K in mid-April, before tapering to around $78K by the end of June. Weekly downloads started strong at 70.8K but gradually decreased to 12.9K. Active users also saw a sharp decline from 92.4K to just over 3.3K.
GODDESS OF VICTORY: NIKKE by Level Infinite showed a noticeable revenue spike, reaching $700K in mid-June. Downloads were modest, generally under 13K, while active users increased steadily, ending the quarter at 111.9K.
Soul Idle X Returner's Magic from Pole Position Games Inc. had a noticeable surge in downloads in late April at 45.4K, but this quickly diminished. Revenue peaked at $13.3K in the same period, with active users reaching a high of 11.2K before settling around 680.
Umamusume: Pretty Derby by Cygames, Inc., launched in late June, witnessed rapid growth. Revenue climbed from $201K to $598K, with downloads jumping from 44.4K to 97.5K. Active users also surged from 28.6K to 91.2K within a week.
Finally, LoveLoop by Yso Corp showed a steady increase in downloads, peaking at 10.4K in late June. Revenue, though initially negligible, rose to $402 by the end of the quarter, with active users reaching 12.8K.
