In the second quarter of 2025, the top utilities applications on the iOS platform in France showcased varied performance trends, as reported by Sensor Tower. Here's a closer look at the weekly downloads and active users for these leading apps.
France Identité experienced a fluctuating pattern in weekly downloads, starting at approximately 73K and hitting a peak of about 130K by the end of June. The app's active user base showed a significant rise, beginning at around 312K and surging to over 628K by the quarter's close.
The Google app maintained a steady download rate, with weekly figures hovering between 50K and 57K. Active users increased slightly, from about 15.3M to nearly 16M, indicating consistent engagement.
Google Chrome saw a moderate download trend, starting at 67K and ending at 50K. Its active user base remained stable, fluctuating slightly around the 14.4M mark throughout the quarter.
The app Mondial Relay, suivi de colis showed an upward trend in downloads, beginning at approximately 37K and reaching 65K by the end of June. Weekly active users varied, starting at 247K and peaking at 284K mid-quarter before settling around 250K.
Finally, L’Identité Numérique La Poste maintained a steady download rate, ranging from 33K to 39K. Its active users demonstrated a slight increase, starting at 827K and concluding at 819K, with a peak of over 873K in early June.
