The second quarter of 2025 saw notable performances from the top cat-themed mobile games in the United States. Here's a closer look at the trends in weekly downloads, revenue, and active users for these popular apps, based on data from Sensor Tower.
I Am Cat by Estoty experienced significant fluctuations in its weekly metrics. Initially, weekly revenue was around $9K, declining to just over $3K by mid-May, before ending the quarter at approximately $4.7K. Downloads began at 366K, decreasing to 142K in early May, and then stabilizing around 166K by the end of June. Active users started at 892K, dipped to 734K, and rebounded to 835K.
My Talking Tom 2 from Outfit7 Limited showed steady engagement. Weekly revenue hovered between $2.3K and $4K, with a peak of $3.8K towards the end of June. Downloads remained consistent, starting at 91K and ending at 78K. Active users increased from 654K to 902K over the quarter.
My Talking Angela 2 also by Outfit7 Limited, displayed a noteworthy revenue increase, starting at $11.5K and peaking at $17.9K in mid-June. Downloads fluctuated, beginning at 73K, dipping to 39K in early May, and then climbing back to 73K by June's end. Active users saw a decline from 757K to 471K mid-quarter, before rising to 793K.
My Talking Tom Friends maintained a stable performance. Revenue was consistent, ranging from $4.6K to $6.1K. Downloads started at 49K, dropping to 33K mid-quarter, and then increasing to 51K. Active users saw a general decline from 355K to 258K.
Lastly, My Talking Tom recorded steady metrics. Revenue remained under $1K, while downloads varied slightly, from 35K to 39K. Active users increased from 95K to 161K, demonstrating growing engagement.
