In the second quarter of 2025, the food delivery app landscape in Saudi Arabia showed diverse trends across the top five applications, as recorded by Sensor Tower.
Keeta - Food Delivery consistently attracted a large number of downloads, peaking at approximately 231.7K in the first week of April. However, it experienced a gradual decline towards the end of the quarter, with downloads settling around 129.7K. The app maintained a robust user base, with weekly active users fluctuating between 1.2M and 1.6M.
HungerStation saw its downloads start at 134K, decreasing to around 89.1K by the end of June. The app's weekly active users also showed variation, starting from 5.8M and ending at approximately 4.6M.
Ninja - نينجا experienced a steady pattern in downloads, ranging from 66.2K to 82K throughout the quarter. Its active user base saw fluctuations, starting at 2M and ending at 1.8M, with a peak of 2M in early June.
Jahez showed a variable download trend, with numbers increasing from 34.7K in early April to a peak of 89.1K in early May, then stabilizing around 63K at the quarter's end. Weekly active users started at 1.2M, dropping to 934K by June.
ToYou. Grocery & Food Delivery began the quarter with 56.9K downloads, which slightly decreased to 38.5K. Active users showed a downward trend from 862K to about 617K by the end of June.
