In the second quarter of 2025, the Brazilian market saw significant activity among the top MMORPG applications on a unified platform. Here’s a closer look at the performance of these games, based on data from Sensor Tower.
MU: Dark Epoch from BUILDING-BLOCKS NETWORK TECHNOLOGY CO.,LIMITED experienced fluctuations in revenue, peaking at around $31K in the last week of June. The app’s downloads began at 31K, declining steadily to just over 5K by the end of the quarter. Active users also saw a decrease, starting from approximately 90.7K and ending at 72.9K.
Ragnarok X: Next Generation by GRAVITY GAME HUB (GGH) PTE. LTD. witnessed a notable increase in weekly revenue, hitting a high of $36K in early June. Downloads started strong at 44.9K but dwindled to 15.1K by the quarter's close. Active user numbers followed a similar trend, peaking in mid-May at 57.7K before settling at 25.8K.
ODIN:VALHALLA RISING, offered by Kakao Games Corp., recorded a revenue peak of $28K at the end of April, with a gradual decline to $17.2K by June. Initial downloads were strong at 82.7K but tapered off to under 1K. Active users mirrored this trend, starting at 58.5K and decreasing to 4.3K.
Dino Tamers: Jurassic MMORPG from AppForge Inc. saw minimal revenue, with a peak of $156. Downloads and active users showed a positive trajectory, with downloads increasing from 6.2K to 13.4K and active users growing from 12.1K to 19.2K in the same period.
Finally, MU ORIGIN 3 - Pugilist by FingerTips maintained steady revenue, peaking at $4.9K in early June. Downloads decreased from 11.9K to 8.4K, while active users showed some resilience, ending the quarter at 115K after starting at 132K.
