State of AI Apps Report 2025 is Live!

In the second quarter of 2025, the top personal finance apps in Sweden showed varied performance trends across downloads, revenue, and active users. This data, provided by Sensor Tower, offers a clear picture of the market dynamics.
Splitwise saw a notable rise in weekly downloads, peaking at around 5.2K in late June. Revenue also increased, reaching approximately $871 in the same period. However, active users fluctuated, ending the quarter at about 38.1K.
The Buddy: Budget Planner App experienced modest weekly download numbers, hovering around 200 to 275. Revenue showed slight fluctuations, with a peak of $328 in mid-April. Active users remained stable, averaging close to 250.
YNAB maintained a steady revenue stream, ending June with about $312. Downloads were relatively low, peaking at 80 in late June. The app saw a consistent base of active users, averaging around 350.
For Wallet - Daily Budget & Profit, downloads remained under 75 throughout the quarter. Revenue peaked at $149 in late April, and active users stayed around 450 to 500.
Lastly, Fast Budget - Expense Manager showed an upward trend in downloads, reaching 125 by late June. Revenue saw a slight increase, ending at $99, while active users hovered around 950.
