In the second quarter of 2025, the top five roguelike games on a unified platform in the United States showed varied performance in terms of downloads, revenue, and active users. Here's a closer look at each game's trends based on data from Sensor Tower.
RAID: Shadow Legends from Plarium Global Ltd saw its weekly revenue fluctuate throughout the quarter, peaking at approximately $2.6M in early June. Weekly downloads remained relatively stable, with a slight dip towards the end of June, closing at around 23K. The game maintained a strong user base, with active users peaking at 253K mid-May before a dip and a recovery to about 234K by the end of the quarter.
Top Heroes: Kingdom Saga experienced a solid increase in weekly revenue, reaching a high of $1.8M in late June. Downloads, however, showed a declining trend, starting at 80K and decreasing to 29K by the quarter's end. Active users peaked at nearly 290K in late April, before a noticeable decline to around 142K by the end of June.
Hero Wars: Alliance Fantasy from Nexters Global LTD showed a varied revenue pattern, with a peak of $1.4M in mid-May. Downloads peaked at 73K in early May, followed by a decrease to 24K towards the end of the quarter. The game saw fluctuations in active users, with peaks and troughs throughout the quarter, ending at approximately 48K.
Archero 2 by HABBY demonstrated a decline in weekly revenue, starting from $1.2M and ending at $815K. Downloads followed a similar trend, dropping from 83K in March to 33K by June's end. Active users consistently decreased, starting at 494K and concluding at about 353K.
Diablo Immortal from Blizzard Entertainment showed modest revenue growth, culminating at $648K at the end of June. Downloads varied, with a high of 20K in late June. Active users saw an increase mid-quarter, peaking at 93K in May before declining to 61K by quarter's end.
