In the second quarter of 2025, the performance of top shopping apps on a unified platform in the United States showcased distinct trends across downloads, revenue, and active users. This analysis is based on data provided by Sensor Tower.
Amazon Shopping experienced a consistent increase in weekly revenue, starting the quarter at around $5M and peaking at approximately $5.6M by the end of June. Weekly downloads showed a positive trend, climbing from 328K to over 372K. Active users also saw a steady increment, reaching over 109M by the quarter's end.
Sole Retriever - Sneakers had a notable revenue increase early in the quarter, peaking at $39.9K in mid-May before declining to $9.5K by the end of June. Downloads were sporadic, with a high of 1.4K at the beginning of April, but dropping to zero for multiple weeks.
Style DNA: AI Color Analysis showed a rise in weekly revenue, peaking at $28.7K in April before stabilizing around $16K by the end of the quarter. Downloads fluctuated, reaching a high of 10.7K in mid-April, while active users decreased from 79.6K to 47.8K.
Think Dirty – Shop Clean maintained stable revenue throughout the quarter, averaging around $15K. Downloads saw a peak of 9.2K in late April, with active users increasing from 31.3K to 49K by mid-May before declining.
Bridge: Debit Card Rewards experienced a moderate revenue increase, peaking at $14.2K in mid-May. Downloads were initially low but surged to 5.9K by the end of June. Active users decreased early in the quarter but rebounded to 22.6K by June's end.
