NYT Games: Wordle & Crossword from The New York Times Company saw a significant peak in weekly revenue, reaching approximately $1.3M in early June. Weekly downloads began the quarter strong at over 126K but tapered to around 98K by the end of June. The game maintained a robust active user base, fluctuating around 9M throughout the quarter.
Words With Friends Word Game by Zynga Inc. experienced a varied revenue trend, peaking at $731K in early April and ending the quarter at $409K. Weekly downloads fluctuated, closing at about 33K, while active users remained fairly stable, hovering around 2.5M.
Wordscapes from PeopleFun, Inc. displayed a downward revenue trend, with figures decreasing from $507K at the start to $371K by the end of June. Downloads varied, finishing at about 67K, while active users showed a slight decline, ending the quarter with around 4.9M.
Zen Word® - Relax Puzzle Game by Oakever Games maintained steady revenue growth, culminating at $181K in late June. Downloads saw a sharp drop mid-quarter, concluding at approximately 40K, while active users decreased from 737K to 653K over the same period.
Wordscapes Solitaire, also from PeopleFun, Inc., showed consistent revenue growth, ending at $124K. Weekly downloads fluctuated, closing at around 34K, and active users saw a slight increase, reaching 245K by the end of June.
