In the third quarter of 2025, the top book applications in Bulgaria showcased varied performance across downloads, revenue, and active users, according to Sensor Tower data.
Storytel - Audiobooks Library from Storytel Sweden AB saw a notable increase in weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $30.3K by the end of September. Weekly downloads fluctuated, starting at 3.3K and ending at 2.4K, while active users reached a high of 139.4K mid-September, before settling at 124.1K.
MoreFic – Web Novels experienced a revenue surge in July, reaching $3.2K, followed by a decrease to $1K by the end of the quarter. Downloads peaked at 845 in late July, with a decline to 105 by September's end.
Audible: Audiobooks & Podcasts maintained consistent revenue around $1.7K, with a slight increase to $1.9K by late September. Downloads remained steady, fluctuating between 200 and 300, while active users grew from 5.9K to 8.6K.
OneNovel from OceanSky Tech Limited showed a revenue peak of $1.6K early in the quarter, with a gradual decline to $1.1K. Downloads began at 516, spiking to nearly 2K, then dropping sharply to 59 by the quarter's end.
Litres: Books and audiobooks had steady revenue, averaging around $400. Downloads remained low, peaking at 124 in August, while active users increased slightly, peaking at 566 mid-quarter.
