Top Fast Food Apps Performance in Egypt, Q3 2025

In the third quarter of 2025, several fast food and fast casual restaurant apps showed varied performance trends in Egypt. Let's take a closer look at the top five apps based on data from Sensor Tower.

KFC Egypt - Order Food Online saw an initial rise in weekly downloads, peaking at approximately 18K during early August. However, this number dropped to around 5.8K by the end of September. Active users for the app were robust, starting at 342K and increasing steadily to 378K by the end of the quarter.

McDonald’s experienced a fluctuating download pattern, starting at 12K and reaching a high of 21.8K in late September before declining to 10.7K. Active user numbers were strong, beginning at 509K and peaking at 656K mid-September, before a decline to 440K.

Pizza Hut Egypt-Order Food Now faced a downward trend in downloads, starting at 4.7K and decreasing to 2.8K by the end of the quarter. Active users showed a similar pattern, peaking at 29K and dropping to 19K.

Buffalo Burger had a consistent download rate initially, around 4.2K, which gradually decreased to 2.4K. Active users remained relatively stable, beginning at 48K and closing at 41K.

Hardee's Egypt had the lowest download numbers, starting at 2K and decreasing to 1.4K by the end of September. Active users showed some fluctuation, starting at 6K and increasing to 8.9K by the end of the period.
