Rocket Money - Bills & Budgets experienced fluctuations in its metrics. Empower® experienced variable download rates, starting at 53K, reaching a low of 47K, and then climbing to 66K by the end of the quarter. Active users showed a positive trajectory, beginning with 1.2M and reaching over 1.3M by the end of September.
