State of AI Apps Report 2025 is Live!

In the third quarter of 2025, the top social apps in Brazil showed varied performances in terms of downloads, revenue, and active users. Here’s a closer look at TikTok Lite - Save Data & Fast, Instagram, Facebook, Kwai Lite-versão leve do Kwai, and Threads.
TikTok Lite - Save Data & Fast from TikTok Pte. Ltd. had a notable increase in weekly revenue, reaching approximately $546K in early September. Downloads peaked at around 1.5M in the same period, while active users grew steadily to over 119M by mid-September.
Instagram maintained a consistent performance, with weekly revenue averaging around $200K through July, before a gradual decline to about $149K by the end of September. Downloads fluctuated, peaking at over 900K in late July, and active users remained stable at approximately 94M throughout the quarter.
Facebook from Meta Platforms, Inc. experienced steady revenue, hovering around $30K weekly. Downloads were consistent, reaching over 410K in late July, while active users saw minor fluctuations, maintaining around 75M.
Kwai Lite-versão leve do Kwai showed a slight increase in revenue, peaking at about $42K in early September. Weekly downloads varied slightly, with a peak of over 523K in mid-August. Active users hovered around 30M, with a slight dip in August before recovering by September.
Threads, another app by Instagram, did not generate revenue this quarter. Downloads decreased steadily from over 520K in late July to about 220K by the end of September. However, active users increased, reaching over 37M by the end of the quarter.
