Shopping applications on Android have seen varied performance in the US market during the first quarter of 2023. Sensor Tower's data provides us with a clear picture of how the top five shopping apps have fared in terms of downloads, revenue, and weekly active users.

WYZE - Make Your Home Smarter has shown a promising trend in revenue, with a notable increase from around $130k in the last week of December to approximately $234k by the end of March. Downloads for the app fluctuated, peaking at around 31k in early January and settling at about 25k by March end. Weekly active users remained relatively stable, starting at around 655k and showing a slight drop to about 605k.

OfferUp: Buy. Sell. Letgo. demonstrated a steady revenue with an upward trend, moving from roughly $96k to around $106k by the end of Q1. Downloads began at around 87k and experienced a gradual decrease, ending the quarter at roughly 80k. The app saw a significant weekly active user count, starting at around 1.4 million and experiencing some fluctuation, ultimately reaching approximately 1.3 million.

Amazon Shopping, a major player, showed a diverse revenue trend, starting at about $4k and experiencing a substantial rise to roughly $150k by the close of the quarter. The app's downloads saw a decline from around 176k to about 103k. Weekly active users depicted a slight downward trend from roughly 10 million to just over 9.2 million.

AlfredCamera Home Security app observed a modest revenue trend, starting at approximately $12k and ending the quarter at around $13k. Downloads for AlfredCamera remained steady, with a slight increase from about 22k to almost 21k. Weekly active users showed a slight increase from around 217k to over 203k.

eufy Security, another home security app, saw its revenue fluctuate, beginning at around $4k and peaking at nearly $9k before ending the quarter at roughly $6k. Downloads started at close to 10k and saw a decrease to around 6k. The app's weekly active users, however, showed growth, starting at around 193k and rising to over 212k.
