As the first quarter of 2021 has come to a close, we at Sensor Tower have taken a closer look at the performance of cat-themed gaming applications on the iOS platform in the United States. The top 5 cat games have seen varying trends in downloads, revenue, and weekly active users.

Cat Escape!, published by Sunday.gg, showed a fluctuating trend in downloads, peaking at 90K in early February and then tapering off to 64K by the end of March. Weekly active users peaked at 192K in the same month, followed by a decline to 160K towards the end of the quarter.

My Talking Tom 2 from Outfit7 Limited witnessed a decrease in downloads from 95K at the end of December to 54K by March's end. However, weekly active users showed resilience, ending the quarter at 556K after a high of 584K in February.

Another Outfit7 Limited's app, My Talking Tom Friends, experienced a steady download count around 50K, with a slight uptick to 52K in late January. Active users remained relatively stable, hovering around the 520K mark in March after peaking at 535K mid-February.
