In the first quarter of 2021, fitness enthusiasts in the United Kingdom showed their commitment to health and well-being through their interaction with popular iOS fitness and weight loss applications. Sensor Tower provides a detailed look at the performance of these top apps.

Courtney Black Fitness experienced a steady revenue stream throughout the quarter, with a peak at around $273K in the second week of January before stabilizing at approximately $169K by the end of March. Downloads saw a decline from roughly 6K at the start of the quarter to about 2K by the end of March.

MyFitnessPal: Calorie Counter showed a significant spike in revenue in early February, hitting around $172K, but then followed a downward trend to settle at nearly $120K by the end of March. The app's downloads started strong at around 39K, descending to about 21K by the quarter's close. Weekly active users topped at over 1.1M in early March before a slight decline to just over 1M by the end of the quarter.

NutraTech's Calorie Counter + also saw a peak in revenue in early February at roughly $128K. The revenue then fluctuated, ending the quarter on a high note at around $125K. Downloads peaked at nearly 25K in mid-January and then gradually decreased to approximately 14K by late March. Active users reached their highest at over 88K in early March.

Strava: Run, Bike, Hike enjoyed a revenue peak at around $137K in late February. The app's revenue ended the quarter slightly lower at around $106K. Downloads were highest at the beginning of January with over 51K and saw a general decline to about 22K by the end of March. Weekly active users showcased an impressive peak at over 782K in late February, ultimately ending the quarter with over 721K active users.

Lastly, The Body Coach Workout Planner had its revenue peak at the beginning of the quarter with approximately $307K, followed by a sharp decline and then a more stable pattern, rounding off the quarter at nearly $66K. Downloads started at an impressive 32K in the first week of January but saw a decrease to around 7.7K by the end of March. Active users showed a slight increase over the quarter, from around 30K to nearly 38K.
