During the second quarter of 2021, the top dance games on a unified platform in Europe demonstrated diverse trends in downloads, revenue, and active users, according to data from Sensor Tower. Here's a closer look at the performance of the leading dance games in the region.

Cheerleader Run 3D from Supersonic Studios LTD experienced a remarkable surge in popularity. Weekly downloads skyrocketed from just 91 in early May to over 478K by the end of the month. This rise in downloads was mirrored by a significant increase in weekly active users, which peaked at around 497K in late May before gradually declining to just over 103K by the end of June.

Coco Play By TabTale's Dance Clash: Ballet vs Hip Hop maintained a steady revenue stream throughout the quarter, averaging around $600 weekly. Downloads showed a slight decline, starting from 60.7K at the end of March and settling around 31.4K by late June. Meanwhile, the number of weekly active users followed a similar downward trend, decreasing from 126K to approximately 72K over the quarter.

Rollic Games’ Pole Dance! saw its peak in downloads in early May with over 96K, before experiencing a decline to about 9.7K by the end of June. The weekly active users mirrored this pattern, reaching a high of 132K in early May and gradually decreasing to 37.2K by the end of the quarter.

Just Dance Now, published by Ubisoft Entertainment, showed a consistent decline in weekly revenue from $35.7K at the end of March to around $20.7K by late June. Downloads also decreased, starting at 79.5K and dropping to 18K over the same period. Active users followed this declining trend, from a high of 166K in early April to roughly 66.7K by the end of June.

Lastly, My Town: Dance School Fun Game by My Town Games Ltd showed stable performance with minor fluctuations. Weekly downloads peaked at 46.8K in early May before declining to around 22K by the end of June. Active users followed a similar pattern, peaking at 30.5K in early May and decreasing to 16.8K by the end of the quarter. Weekly revenue remained relatively low, averaging just a few dozen dollars throughout the quarter.
