In the first quarter of 2022, the top 5 investing and financial management apps on the Android platform in the United Arab Emirates showed varied performance in terms of downloads, active users, and revenue. Below is a detailed look at each app's performance.
Investing.com: Stock Market saw a dynamic quarter. Weekly revenue started at around $635 and fluctuated throughout the period, peaking at $393 by the end of March. Downloads showed an initial increase to 7.9K in the first week of January but gradually declined to 3.8K by the last week of March. Active users remained relatively stable, starting at 83K and ending slightly higher at 87.4K.
Binance: Buy Bitcoin & Crypto experienced a steady download rate, beginning the quarter with 4.4K and ending with 4.6K. Active users, however, showed a slight decline from 42.2K at the start of January to 36K by the end of March.
ExpertOption - Mobile Trading had a fluctuating download trend. Starting with 6.6K downloads in the first week of January, it saw a decline to just over 2K by late February, before rebounding to 3K in the last week of March. Active users mirrored this trend, beginning at 6.6K and dropping to 3K by mid-March, then slightly increasing to 3.9K at the end of the quarter.
CoinMENA: Buy Bitcoin Now experienced a significant spike in downloads in January, peaking at 17K in the week of January 24. However, this was followed by a sharp decline, with downloads dropping to 808 by the end of March. Active users also showed a similar pattern, peaking at 12.4K in late January and settling at around 2.4K by the end of the quarter.
BitOasis: Buy Bitcoin & Crypto showed consistent performance with downloads varying between 2.5K and 5K throughout the quarter. Active users increased from 3K at the start of January to 5.2K in mid-February, before stabilizing around 4.5K by the end of March.
