In the third quarter of 2023, Poland's top consumer finance apps displayed notable trends in downloads and active user metrics. Below is a detailed look at the performance of the top 5 apps: IKO, Santander mobile, mBank PL, Moje ING mobile, and Bank Millennium.
IKO experienced a stable performance with weekly downloads ranging from approximately 22K to 31K. Weekly active users saw a gradual increase from around 2.2M at the beginning of the quarter to over 2.3M by the end.
Santander mobile showed a consistent upward trend in weekly downloads, starting at 17K and peaking at over 25K. The app also witnessed a steady rise in weekly active users, beginning at roughly 1.1M and reaching over 1.15M by the quarter's close.
mBank PL maintained a steady download rate, fluctuating between 15K and 18K weekly. Active users saw a slight increase from approximately 1.18M to 1.2M, indicating solid user engagement throughout the quarter.
Moje ING mobile experienced weekly downloads ranging from 13K to 18K. Weekly active users remained relatively stable, hovering around 940K to 960K, showing consistent user retention.
Bank Millennium had a steady download rate, with weekly figures between 13K and 16K. The app's active users showed a slight increase, starting at 800K and ending the quarter at around 793K.
