Q1 2024 Brazil Android Report: Top Merge Games' Performance

Merge games continue to captivate players in Brazil, with Q1 2024 showing an intriguing landscape for the genre on Android. Data from Sensor Tower provides a snapshot of how the top five merge games fared during this period.

Idle Racer — Tap, Merge & Race started the quarter strong with around 90K downloads in the first week, but saw a gradual decline to approximately 30K by the quarter's end. Despite no reported revenue, the game maintained a robust active user base, peaking at nearly 250K in mid-March.

Spinner Merge experienced fluctuations in downloads, ranging from around 30K to 46K, but remained consistent in weekly active users, ending the quarter with over 400K engaged players. Revenue for the game was nominal and inconsistent, with some weeks showing zero earnings.

Love Paradise - Merge Makeover saw its downloads decrease from 70K to 15K over the quarter, but its weekly active users told a different story. The game's user base rebounded from a low of around 845K in early March to over 1M by the quarter's end, and it consistently generated hundreds in revenue each week.

Merge Master: Dinosaur Monster had a similar pattern, with downloads peaking at 53K in mid-January and then dropping to around 13K. Weekly active users followed suit, decreasing from 159K to 102K. Revenue remained modest throughout the quarter.

Adventure Island Merge: Save stood out with its significant revenue generation, starting the quarter with nearly $4K and climbing to over $9K in late February. Downloads and active users, however, saw a sharp decline, with downloads stopping entirely by mid-March and weekly active users dropping to under 95K.
