The first quarter of 2024 has been an interesting period for wellness apps on the UK Android platform. Data from Sensor Tower offers us an overview of how the top apps have fared in terms of downloads, revenue, and weekly active users.
Calm - Sleep, Meditate, Relax started the quarter with revenues around $28K and saw a peak at $43K in mid-January before gradually descending to $27K by the end of March. Downloads began at 13K and dipped to 4K, while weekly active users showed a decline from 83K to 71K over the quarter.
Headspace: Meditation & Sleep also saw its revenue peak early at $35K in mid-January, tapering off to $26K by March. Downloads showed fluctuation with a high of 7K in mid-January, and active users decreased from 118K to 84K throughout the quarter.

Lastly, Me+ Daily Routine Planner had its revenue drop from $22K to below $2K, with downloads starting strong at 26K but ending at 1.5K. Active users declined from 42K to 17K over the quarter.
