Q1 2024 Performance of Top Fast Food Apps in the UK

The first quarter of 2024 has seen varied performances among the top fast food and fast casual restaurant apps in the United Kingdom. Sensor Tower's comprehensive data provides insights into the trends of these popular applications.

McDonald’s U.K. saw a significant increase in downloads, starting the quarter with approximately 58K and peaking at around 128K by mid-March. Weekly active users remained strong, fluctuating around 1.2M throughout the quarter.

The KFC App UKI - Order & Delivery experienced a decline in downloads, initially at roughly 82K and dropping to about 29K towards the end of March. Weekly active users mirrored this downward trend, starting at approximately 424K and decreasing to around 323K.

Greggs maintained a consistent growth in app downloads, from around 36K in the first week to reaching 50K in mid-March, before slightly dipping to 43K. Weekly active users showed a steady range, hovering around the 280K mark.

The Subway® - Official App had a mixed quarter. Downloads spiked at approximately 93K in late January, then gradually declined to 22K by the quarter's end. Weekly active users peaked at around 188K but saw a decrease to just above 115K.

Lastly, Domino's Pizza Delivery showed a slight downward trend in downloads, starting at about 38K and ending the quarter with around 37K. Weekly active users remained relatively stable, with minor fluctuations around the 360K to 390K range.
