Q2 2024: Top 5 Virtual Pet Apps on iOS in the UK

Virtual Pet apps continue to engage users on the iOS platform in the UK. As we look back at Q2 2024, Sensor Tower provides insights into the performance of the leading apps in this endearing category.

Pengu - Raise Virtual Pets saw a peak in revenue during April with $6K, before settling to around $4K by June. Downloads started strong at 37K in the first week of April but dipped to 10K by the end of June. Weekly active users, however, showed an upward trend from 60K to over 108K in the same period.

My Talking Tom exhibited stability in revenue, maintaining an average of around $160 per week throughout the quarter. Downloads showed a gradual decrease from 5K to around 3K, while weekly active users also saw a slight downtrend from 95K to 79K.

Its successor, My Talking Tom 2, mirrored a similar pattern in revenue, with a slight increase in April, peaking at $257, and then hovering around $150 by June. Downloads were consistent, hovering around 2.5K to 3.5K, and the weekly active users count remained steady around 40K to 45K.

Applaydu family games, with its revenue data at $0, had downloads starting at 7K in April and declining to just over 2K by June. Active users showed a decrease from 13K to under 7K over the course of the quarter.

Lastly, Bruno - My Super Slime Pet also reported $0 in revenue. Downloads for Bruno began at 3.3K, falling to 1.3K by the end of June. The weekly active users saw a slight decrease from 20K in April to 20K in June.
