During the second quarter of 2024, the top 5 consumer finance applications in Serbia demonstrated varied performance metrics on the unified platform. Here, we delve into the weekly downloads and active user trends for each app, based on data from Sensor Tower.
Moja mBanka from Raiffeisen banka a.d. Beograd showed a dynamic trend in weekly downloads. Starting the quarter with around 3.2K downloads, it saw fluctuations before peaking at 4.3K in the week of May 27. The quarter ended with a slight decrease, reaching approximately 3.4K downloads in the last week of June.
OTP m-Bank from OTP bank Serbia experienced a more stable download pattern. The app began with about 4.4K downloads in early April, saw a dip to around 1K by the end of April, but recovered to approximately 3.5K by mid-June. It closed the quarter with 2.4K downloads in the final week.
Banca Intesa Mobi from Banca Intesa ad Beograd had a consistent performance in terms of downloads. Starting at 2.8K downloads, the app maintained a steady flow, peaking at 3.1K in the second week of June, and ending the quarter with about 2.4K downloads.
NLB mKlik from NLB Komercijalna banka AD Beograd showed a relatively stable download trend. Beginning with just over 2K downloads, it dipped to 840 in late April but rebounded to 2.3K in mid-June. The quarter concluded with approximately 1.7K downloads.
Mobi Banka from Yettel Bank, Serbia, had a modest download performance. Starting at 1.5K downloads, the app witnessed minor fluctuations, peaking at 1.7K in late April and tapering off to just under 1K by the end of June.
