2026 State of Mobile is Live!

In the first quarter of 2025, several fast food and fast casual restaurant apps showed varied performance on the Android platform in Australia, as reported by Sensor Tower.
MyMacca's saw a significant rise in weekly downloads, starting from around 7K at the beginning of January and peaking at nearly 13.8K by mid-March. Its weekly active users also grew steadily from approximately 662K to 790K by the end of March.
Hungry Jack’s Deals & Ordering maintained a relatively stable download rate, with a noticeable increase towards the end of March, reaching about 7.9K. Active users showed a similar upward trend, climbing from 191K to over 220K.
The KFC - Order On The Go app experienced fluctuations in downloads, ranging from 4.4K to 8K, while active users saw a rise from 242K to nearly 299K by the quarter's end.
For Guzman y Gomez (GYG) Mexican, weekly downloads were consistent, fluctuating between 3.1K and 4.3K. Active users increased steadily from 61K to over 77K.
Finally, Domino’s showed a modest increase in downloads, with numbers reaching 4.1K by the end of March. Active users remained relatively stable, hovering around 107K to 115K throughout the quarter.
