Top 5 Food Delivery Apps in Spain on Android: Q1 2025

In the first quarter of 2025, the food delivery market in Spain saw interesting trends among the leading apps on the Android platform. This analysis, based on Sensor Tower data, highlights the performance of the top five applications in terms of downloads and active users.

Too Good To Go: End Food Waste experienced a noticeable increase in weekly downloads, starting at 19.5K at the beginning of January and peaking at approximately 40.2K in mid-February. Active users also showed a positive trend, starting at 653K and reaching over 886K by the end of January, though there was a slight decline to 772K by the end of March.

Glovo: Food & Grocery Delivery maintained a steady download rate, fluctuating between 22.9K and 32.8K throughout the quarter. Active user numbers were strong, with a slight dip in February to 1.17M, but rebounding to 1.32M by the end of March.

Uber Eats: Food and Grocery saw consistent growth in downloads, particularly in March, where numbers rose to 25K. Active users increased from 598K at the end of December to a peak of 731K in March, before a slight dip to 617K.

Just Eat ES Comida a Domicilio experienced fluctuations in downloads, with a low of 6.5K in March and a high of 12.7K at the beginning of the quarter. Active users mirrored this trend, starting at 552K, dropping to 430K mid-quarter, and recovering to 513K by the end of March.

Finally, Aquaservice had modest download numbers, peaking at 1.2K in the last week of March. The app's active users gradually increased from 34.5K at the start of January to over 41K by the end of March.
