State of AI Apps Report 2025 is Live!
In the first quarter of 2025, the top investing and financial management apps on the Android platform in the United Kingdom showed varied performance. Here's a closer look at their weekly downloads and active user trends, according to Sensor Tower data.
Trading 212: Stocks, ETFs, ISA demonstrated a strong presence with weekly downloads beginning at approximately 17.1K and peaking at 37K by the end of March. The app maintained a robust active user base, starting at 684K and climbing to over 902K.
Moneybox - Save and Invest saw a gradual increase in downloads, moving from 15.3K to nearly 19.3K. Active users showed a similar positive trend, starting the quarter at 336K and ending at 369K.
Crypto.com: Buy BTC, ETH & CRO experienced fluctuating downloads, initially at 7.2K and reaching a high of 20.9K in late January before settling around 6.1K. Active users saw a decrease from 322K to 239K by the end of the quarter.
Pi Network had a notable spike in downloads in mid-February, peaking at 20.1K, though it tapered off to 2.3K by the end of March. Active users increased significantly from 95K to a high of 192K before declining to 125K.
Coinbase: Buy BTC, ETH, SOL maintained a steady download rate, starting at 5.7K and decreasing to 4.5K. Active users saw an initial rise to 420K in January but then decreased to 294K by the end of March.
