Top Tools Apps on Android in Russia: Q1 2025

In the first quarter of 2025, the tools app category on the Android platform in Russia saw significant activity. According to Sensor Tower, several apps demonstrated notable trends in downloads and active users.

Free VPN Super™ -Fast & Secure experienced a fluctuating download pattern, peaking at approximately 667K in the last week of March. Its weekly active users also showed growth, climbing from 2.8M at the start of the quarter to over 5.3M by the end.

VPN - fast proxy + secure had a steady increase in downloads, reaching around 658K in the week of March 24. Active users remained robust, maintaining levels around 11M to 12M throughout the quarter.

Finally, Госуслуги consistently increased its downloads, peaking at 210K in the final week. Active users showed a strong upward trajectory, starting from 11.5M and reaching over 21M by the end of March.
