In the first quarter of 2025, Finland's consumer finance app landscape showcased varied performance trends among the top five apps, as reported by Sensor Tower.
S-mobiili saw a steady stream of weekly downloads, starting at around 6.8K and peaking at 7.9K mid-January before gradually declining to approximately 5.2K by the end of March. Its weekly active users fluctuated but ended strong, rising from 1.1M at the start of the quarter to nearly 1.2M.
OP-mobiili maintained a moderate download rate, with numbers hovering around 4K throughout the quarter. Active users remained relatively stable, starting at 847K and closing the quarter at 845K.
Revolut: Send, spend and save exhibited a consistent download pattern, peaking at 4.4K in late January. Active users initially dipped from 56K to 47K but rebounded to approximately 55K by the end of March.
Nordea ID experienced modest but steady download growth, finishing the quarter at nearly 3K weekly downloads. Active users showed a slight increase, ending at over 407K.
Finally, Nordea Mobile - Finland maintained consistent download rates around 2.5K. The app's active user base grew from 371K to almost 398K by the end of the quarter.
