In the second quarter of 2025, the leading food delivery services in the United Kingdom showed varied performance metrics across downloads and active users, as reported by Sensor Tower.

Ocado: Online Supermarket saw a significant surge in weekly downloads, peaking at 160K by the end of June. Active users increased steadily from 49K at the start of April to nearly 482K by the end of June.

Too Good To Go: End Food Waste maintained a consistent weekly download rate, hovering around 50K to 60K. Active users initially rose to 2.6M in mid-April but experienced a gradual decline, ending the quarter at approximately 2.1M.

Uber Eats: Food & Groceries experienced stable download numbers, ranging between 42K and 59K throughout the quarter. Active users remained robust, fluctuating slightly around 4.4M to 4.7M.

Just Eat - Food Delivery showed a steady download trend, with figures consistently around 45K to 54K. Active users experienced minor fluctuations, peaking at 2.9M in early June before settling at 2.6M by the end of the quarter.

Deliveroo: Food & Shopping maintained a consistent download range of 33K to 37K. Active user numbers were stable, reaching a high of 3.6M in early May and closing the quarter at approximately 3.5M.
