Top Navigation and Maps Apps in Russia: Q2 2025 Performance

The second quarter of 2025 saw significant activity in the navigation and maps category across Russia, with 2GIS: Offline map & navigation leading the way in downloads. This app experienced a peak of approximately 286K downloads in early June, maintaining a strong presence throughout the quarter with active users climbing to about 25.7M by the end of June.

Yandex Maps and Navigator showed a consistent pattern in downloads, reaching around 179K in early June. Meanwhile, weekly active users steadily increased, peaking at approximately 45.7M mid-June.

Yandex Navigator observed a notable increase in both downloads and revenue. Downloads rose to about 133K in late May, and revenue peaked at $15.1K in late June, while active users grew to 21.4M.
