In the second quarter of 2025, puzzle games on a unified platform showcased intriguing performance trends across Europe. According to Sensor Tower data, these top apps demonstrated varying patterns in downloads, revenue, and active users.
June’s Journey: Hidden Objects by Wooga observed a notable increase in weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $943K at the end of June. Weekly downloads displayed a downward trend, starting at 27.7K and concluding at 23.3K. Meanwhile, active users remained relatively stable, fluctuating slightly around 530K.
Color Block Jam from Rollic Games experienced steady revenue figures, with a peak of $752K in late May. Downloads saw a decline from 646K to 353K over the quarter, while active users maintained a strong presence, averaging around 2.5M.
Screwdom, published by Zego Global Pte Ltd, showed a positive trend in revenue, reaching up to $786K by the end of June. However, downloads decreased from 332K to 139K. Active users saw a slight decline, starting at 1.4M and ending at 1.2M.
Manor Matters: Adventure Game by Playrix exhibited stable revenue, hovering around $200K throughout the quarter. Downloads remained low, fluctuating between 7.5K and 15.4K, while active users dropped from 269K to 187K.
Angry Birds 2 from Rovio Entertainment Oyj had a mixed quarter with revenue peaking at $244K by the end of June. Downloads saw a decrease from 81K to 79K. Active users displayed resilience, ending the quarter at approximately 947K.
