The performance of the top superhero games in the United States during the second quarter of 2025 showcased varied trends across downloads, revenue, and active users, according to data from Sensor Tower.
DC: Dark Legion™ from FunPlus International AG experienced a decline in weekly revenue, starting at approximately $1.5M and ending the quarter at around $767K. Weekly downloads also decreased, from 77.2K to 22.8K, while active users dropped from 133.8K to 57.2K.
Marvel Contest of Champions by Kabam Games, Inc. saw fluctuating revenue, peaking at $1.7M in late June. Downloads remained relatively stable, with a slight increase from 16.8K to 20.8K by the end of the quarter. Active users peaked at 213K in late May.
MARVEL Strike Force: Squad RPG from Scopely, Inc. had steady revenue trends, ranging between $567K and $786K. Downloads saw a decreasing trend, starting at 28.3K and ending at 15.3K. Active users decreased from 229.8K to 177.8K.
DRAGON BALL Z DOKKAN BATTLE by Bandai Namco Entertainment Inc. showed a revenue peak at $1.6M in late April, with fluctuations thereafter. Downloads remained low, fluctuating between 7.4K and 15.5K, while active users decreased from 222.1K to 127.1K.
Invincible: Guarding the Globe by Ubisoft experienced a decrease in revenue, starting at $430K and dropping to $246K. Downloads fell from 51.9K to 5.8K, with active users declining from 217.4K to 158.1K.
