In the third quarter of 2025, the top delivered meal kits and specialty foods applications on the unified platform in Sweden exhibited distinct performance trends. This analysis, based on data from Sensor Tower, provides insights into weekly downloads, revenue, and active user metrics for the leading apps.
HelloFresh: Meal Kit Delivery saw a notable rise in weekly downloads, beginning with 429 downloads at the start of the quarter and peaking at 3.3K in mid-August before settling at 1.8K by the end of September. The app maintained a consistent level of weekly active users, increasing from 21.9K to 26.2K over the quarter.
Vivino: Drink The Right Wine experienced fluctuations in weekly revenue, starting at approximately $4K and experiencing a low of $1.1K in mid-August, ending the quarter with around $3.9K. Weekly downloads remained relatively stable, with numbers ranging between 500 and 946. The app faced a decline in weekly active users, dropping from 15.7K to 8.3K.
Factor_ Prepared Meal Delivery showed a gradual increase in weekly downloads, starting at 198 and reaching 475 in early September. Weekly active users followed a similar upward trend, moving from 2.3K to 2.5K by the quarter's end.
Linas Matkasse recorded a significant increase in downloads from 25 at the beginning of the quarter to 569 in mid-August, with numbers stabilizing around 360 towards the end of September.
Vinoteket maintained a steady download rate throughout the quarter, starting at 136 and peaking at 179 in late September.
