In the third quarter of 2025, Belgium's top insurance apps showed varied performance trends on a unified platform, according to data from Sensor Tower. Here's a closer look at the download and active user metrics for these leading applications.
MyAG Employee Benefits experienced a significant spike in weekly downloads, reaching approximately 5K in early September. The app maintained a consistent download pattern throughout the quarter, peaking mid-September at around 3.1K.
DKV Insurance saw an upward trajectory in downloads, with numbers rising to approximately 3.2K by late August. Weekly active users increased steadily from 17K to nearly 29K by the end of September, indicating growing engagement.
Solidaris Wallonie maintained stable download numbers, fluctuating between 2.1K and 2.5K throughout the quarter. Active users showed a positive trend, rising from 23K to over 28K by the quarter's end.
Ethias downloads hovered around 1.7K to 2.5K, with minor fluctuations. Despite the modest download figures, the app sustained consistent user interest.
Finally, Europ Assistance Belgium recorded the lowest download numbers among the top five, peaking at approximately 932 in late June before settling around 377 by the end of September.
