In the fourth quarter of 2025, the health and fitness app landscape on the Android platform in Brazil showcased intriguing trends. Here's a closer look at the top five apps, with insights from Sensor Tower.
Strava: Run, Bike, Hike saw a notable increase in weekly revenue, which peaked at approximately $56.6K in late December. Weekly downloads started strong at around 95.7K, but gradually decreased to 58.2K before rebounding to 90.9K by the end of the quarter. The app maintained a steady base of weekly active users, closing the quarter at nearly 3M.
The Blood Sugar & Diabetes Tracker experienced a peak in weekly downloads at 99.4K in mid-November, followed by a decline to 37K by the end of December. Active users mirrored this trend, reaching a peak of 176.9K and ending the quarter at 151K.
Flo Ovulation & Period Tracker maintained a consistent revenue flow, peaking at $45.9K in early December. Downloads fluctuated, with a high of 95.4K in the final week. The app's active user count remained stable, ending the quarter at about 6.7M.
Wellhub (Gympass) did not generate revenue but had a dynamic download pattern, starting at 70.7K and dipping to 33.8K before a final surge to 51.6K. Active users fluctuated throughout the quarter, closing at nearly 2.9M.
Finally, Drogasil: Drogaria Online 24h showed a consistent download rate, peaking at 57.2K and ending at 36.2K. The app's active user base grew steadily, reaching over 4.2M by mid-December.
