In the fourth quarter of 2025, the top Health and Fitness applications on the Android platform in Greece exhibited varied performance trends. Here’s a closer look at the top five apps, with insights from Sensor Tower.
Mi Fitness (Xiaomi Wear) showed a significant increase in weekly downloads, starting from around 5.9K at the beginning of the quarter and peaking at approximately 24.9K by the end. The app's weekly active users fluctuated, starting at 196K, dipping mid-quarter, and closing at about 204K.
The Blood Pressure App experienced a peak in weekly downloads around mid-quarter, reaching 20.2K. Active users followed a similar trend, with numbers rising to approximately 47.3K by the quarter's end.
Step Counter - Pedometer maintained a steady download rate, ranging from 2.8K to 5.6K throughout the quarter. Weekly active users showed a decline towards the end, dropping from 80K to about 56.8K.
For the Blood Sugar & Diabetes Tracker, weekly downloads started at 933 and saw a gradual increase, reaching 3.6K by the end of December. Active user numbers grew consistently, finishing the quarter at nearly 9.8K.
Lastly, Strava: Run, Bike, Hike had a steady stream of downloads, peaking at 3.3K in the last week. The app's weekly active users fluctuated throughout the quarter, starting at 37.8K and ending at approximately 27.9K.
