In the fourth quarter of 2025, the top health and fitness apps on the Android platform in Oceania showed varied performance trends. Here’s a look at how these apps fared in terms of downloads, revenue, and active users.
Yuka - Food & Cosmetic Scanner from Yuka App demonstrated a notable increase in weekly revenue, peaking at about $1.7K in the last week of December. Downloads followed a similar upward trajectory, reaching nearly 5K in the same period. The app's active users saw a decline from around 94K to 76K over the quarter.
Strava: Run, Bike, Hike experienced a steady revenue stream, culminating in $48.8K by the end of December. Downloads spiked to over 7K in the final week, while active users showed an overall increase, finishing the quarter at 262K.
AllTrails: Hike, Bike & Run saw fluctuations in revenue, ending the quarter with $18.4K. Downloads surged to 7.8K in the last week, with active users rising from 119K to 142K.
Garmin Connect™ had consistent download numbers, peaking at over 15K in late December. Active users increased steadily, reaching nearly 370K by the end of the quarter.
Blood Sugar & Diabetes Tracker showed a significant increase in downloads, hitting a high of 7.5K in late October. Active users rose from 2.3K to 8.4K throughout the quarter.
