In the fourth quarter of 2025, the performance of the top medical apps on Android in Brazil showcased interesting trends. According to data from Sensor Tower, these apps experienced varied patterns in downloads and active user engagement.

Meu SUS Digital maintained a strong presence with weekly downloads peaking at approximately 338K in late November. Despite the fluctuations, the app ended the quarter with around 53K downloads. Active users saw a decline from 1.5M to just over 1M.

Doctoralia: agende seu médico displayed a downward trend in downloads, starting at 27K and decreasing to 11K by the end of December. Active users followed a similar pattern, peaking at 281K in early November before dropping to 176K.
