In the final quarter of 2025, the top shooter games on the Android platform in the United States showcased varied performance metrics, according to data from Sensor Tower. Here's a closer look at the trends for these popular titles.
Fortnite by Epic Games, Inc saw a notable fluctuation in weekly downloads, peaking at about 217K in mid-December. The game also experienced significant growth in weekly active users, climbing from approximately 84K at the start of December to 199K by the end of the month.
Call of Duty®: Mobile from Activision Publishing, Inc. maintained a strong revenue stream, reaching a high of $1.5M in the week before Christmas. Downloads increased steadily, with numbers rising to 42K in late December. Active users also rose, peaking at around 653K mid-month.
Free Fire x JUJUTSU KAISEN, published by Garena International I, demonstrated a steady increase in revenue, culminating at approximately $1.1M in the last two weeks of December. Downloads showed a gradual rise, ending the year at 33K. However, active users remained relatively stable, hovering around 378K.
War Drone: 3D Shooting Games from Mobile Gaming Studios Ltd. witnessed a gradual increase in revenue, finishing the quarter at $45K. Downloads saw a notable rise to nearly 40K in the final week. The active user base also expanded significantly, reaching 142K by the end of December.
Finally, PUBG MOBILE by Level Infinite showed a consistent revenue increase, peaking at $335K in the last week of the year. Downloads increased to 31K, and active users grew steadily, reaching nearly 494K.
