In the fourth quarter of 2025, the top Health and Fitness apps on the iOS platform in the United States showcased varied performance metrics. Here's a closer look at each app's trends in downloads, revenue, and active user engagement based on data from Sensor Tower.
MyFitnessPal: Calorie Counter saw its weekly revenue peak at approximately $2.8M in the last week of December. Downloads reached their highest at around 91.8K during the same period. Active users fluctuated, starting at 4.1M and ending the quarter with an increase to approximately 4.1M.
Flo Cycle & Period Tracker experienced steady revenue growth, peaking at $1.3M in late November. Weekly downloads increased to 124K by the end of the quarter. Active users remained relatively stable, closing the quarter at about 8.3M.
Strava: Run, Bike, Walk faced a decline in revenue through most of the quarter but rebounded to $1.2M in the final week. Downloads peaked at 100K in late December. Active users saw a dip early in the quarter but recovered to 3.7M by the end.
Peloton: Fitness & Workouts showed an upward revenue trend, culminating at $1.1M in the last week. Downloads saw a significant jump to 16.2K, and active users increased to 762K by the quarter's end.
LADDER Strength Training Plans had a notable revenue spike to $1.1M in late December. Downloads surged to 72.7K, and active users ended the quarter at around 267K.
